12/11/12 Divorce

When I was two years old my mom and dad got divorced. It really wasn't that hard for me but as I got older I realized that I really did need a father figure. When I was eight years old my mom got remarried to a man named Tyler that quickly became my father. The transition to having a new father was not bad for me at all. I felt like it was a sleepover every night but most children do not react this way. If I ever have to go through this situation I hope that I will be prepared to handle it since I have taken this class.
